Hai,
I'm developing a ecommerce site by Microsoft Commerce Server 2002. I'm using Commerce Server pipelines of total, basket and checkout. Now I'm including Credit Card facility in my web site , validating it and sending the creditcard values to Verisign payment gateway.. In local Server i didn't got any pipeline issues as FAILED TO CONNECT TO HOST error is generated on running check out pipeline but in live server , on running the application,
the checkout pipeline generates the following error

Dictionary error: Value for key 'shipping_address_id' in dictionary 'shipments(-1)' missing (expected a variant of type 8)

Management told me to fix this bug as soon as possible...
anybody know how to fix this issue ???
Please help me.
