Default Bizdesk Usage on Citrix Thin Client

We run a Thin Client enviroment and we have a need for users to be able to
see/use the Bizdesk in TC. We have Office2003 in TC and I'm lead to believe
that OWC11 is intergrated. But when launching the Bizdesk link we get the
install on demand screen to install OWC10.exe. As the env is TC, we do not
allow .exe to be executed. Is there anyway we can make the Bizdesk see/use
the OWC11 in Office2003?

Thanks,
Darren

Darren,

OWC 10.0 (Office XP Web Components) is a requirement for BizDesk which
cannot be met through OWC 11.0 From the Office 2003 Professional Media you
can also (in addition to OWC 11 and without conflict) install OWC 10.0 on the
TC and that would solve your problem.
