The cs2k2 fp1 do***entation is not clear on how you begin to setup a data
warehouse when using FP1. In the do***entation there is a note stating that
"The Data Warehouse Configurator is not supported in the Commerce Server 2002
Feature Pack 1 (FP1) release." So can someone point me in a direction on
"Where? and how?" to go about this. It was a major selling point for using
cs2k2.
