Some of my users prefer different date formats.
ie day month year and month day year

the BDE is set to 1 - dmy format
the form fields format is set to DB Date

Default is day month year

I have tried to change that with a pushbutton
windows short is set as month day year

formatSetDateDefault("Windows Short")
there is no effect on the date fields

is there a way??
