Default How can I change the interval for synchronisation of the clock in Windows 7 64-bit

Hi everyone,

Earlier I could change how often Windows XP synchronise the clock via the
following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \W32Time \
TimeProviders \ NtpClient \
(I modify a value called "SpecialPollInterval").

On Windows 7 64-bit I also can modify the same registry key, but I be in
doubt about if the new setting take effect or not, since I under "Internet
time" in "Date and clock" in Windows control panel not can see how often
Windows 7 update the clock.

Does any person can tell me how I can be sure that the new setting take
effect?

Very thanks for your answer, and have a nice day.

/ Anders
