I have been trying to open tcp port 80 in windows firewall to no avail.
No matter what i seem to do when i check the port after supposedly
opening it, im told that the port is still closed.

I have tried adding a port in the exception tab which didn't seem to
work, i have also tried enabling the Web Server (HTTP) in advanced
settings. Rebooting after applying the settings does not seem to have
any effect either.

Any help would be very appreciated
