AutoEmpty Spam Mailbox?

I'm using 5.2. Messages identified as spam are sent to my Spam
mailbox. I would like to have that mailbox emptied automatically when
I exit.

I tried editing the .ini file by duping the autoempty line for Trash
for Spam, but that doesn't work.

Can this be done?
