I'm not sure about the lite version; it didn't used to but may by now.

The paid versions, at least since v4 have supported multiple accounts.

This is taken from the Eudora website:

"Multiple personalities - From the Personalities window, you can manage
all of your email accounts in one place. You can create, edit and delete
personalities (email accounts) and check mail for one or more
personalities. When addressing messages, you can select the account you
want to use right in the From field of the message."

You might want to check out the site to learn more about the product.
The main site is at http://www.eudora.com and the features page is at
http://www.eudora.com/email/features/index.html
