reading and writing hebrew in Eudora

There's a big difference between saying "Eudora is next to useless on
WinNT/2K/XP machines" and saying "Eudora is useless for receiving mail in
other languages than English". Many people here can attest that the former
is just not true. The latter is close to being true. The OS is not what
matters. The character set is.
