Default EXTERNAL DATA COLLECTION

I am setting up a new Quality Management system for a
small business and desperately need to send data directly
from hyper-terminal to excel, or to obtain it from excel,
whichever. I have made many attempts, to no avail!
Anyone have an answer?

I am not sure exactly how you would do this but you could
do something in VB that would use protocol settings and
could take a log, from there you could convert the log
into excel from importing. I think you are trying to do
alot more with excel than it was designed to do. Use VB
then import into excel. There is a program call MHAT that
is available on the internet that i use for telneting into
multiple routers and switches that can create logs through
telnet sessions. That might lead to some more thoughts.
