Typically, removeorg is used to uninstall Exchange 2000 bits from AD and
shouldn't affect user accounts. Did you follow the steps in:
273478 XADM: How to Completely Remove Exchange 2000 from Active Directory
If so, then you can probably fix your previously existing users with:
