shared mailboxes

how would i go about setting up a shared mailbox for SBS 2003

Create the mailbox for someone. In ADUC, find the other user(s) needing
access to the box, and in their AD account properties, Exchange Advanced
tab, Mailbox rights button, them "Read permissions" and "Full Mailbox
Access" rights to the first account's mailbox.
