Exchange 2003 Web interface and tailoring it...

Has anyone changed or tailored the interface to Exchange 2003's Web
interface? If so, can you share what precautions/files all have to be
changed? We'd like to add our own logo upon logging in to the web interface
of Outlook 2003. Can this be done? Thank you in advance.
