OWA front end

If I upgrade my exchange 2000 front end server to 2003 will the owa
interface look like exchange 2003 or 2000

I have a exchange 2000 back end

You will have OWA 2000 until such time as you upgrade the Back End
servers.
The FE just proxies what's on the BE.
You can run a 2003 FE against a mix of 2000 and 2003 BEs and get the
right OWA.
you don't need to do or reinstall anything on the FE when you do
eventually upgrade the BE
