I have made my forum using the Front Page discussion group wizard and
published it to my IIS system. (Windows 2003/IIS 6).
It is a subweb in an existing web site.
I can access the first page, and bring up the port and search dialogs.
When I try to post a message to the forum I get:

Action canceled
Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested.
The page might be temporarily unavailable.

I have done nothing to the default permissions. I reference to a
useful doc would probably help.
