Stop auto complete via script

We need to set all of our stores' AutoComplete policy for User names and
passwords on forms to "Off" (unselected in the AutoComplete Settings form).

We need to do this silently so we can deploy it to 250 stores.

Are there any code samples for doing this? Can we do it from IEAK silently?
