Hi --

I've been infected with malware that I cannot remove, which is bad enough.

However, I'm almost ready to live with the constant popups for the time being, except that Internet Explorer is now "fixed" at the bottom of the page and at less than full size. The restore button will make it smaller but I can neither move it to center screen nor make it larger, so I cannot fully use the scroll bar.

It seems to me that this once happened to me back in Win98 days and that it was possible to go into the registry and change certain settings.

Does anyone know how to do this?
