Default Creating a Data Access Page with Access 2000

I'm running IIS 5.0 on a W2K server trying to develop a
intranet site. I have created a Data Access page with
Access 2000 that runs a query against a SQL Anywhere
database. From the web server the page displays with out
a problem but when viewing the page from a different
machine on the network I'm getting error 80004005.

I have tried the differnet solution defined in Technet but
I'm still having problems. I have noticed that I don't
have a Global.asa file on the web server. From what I've
read this appears to be part of MS Frontpage.

Can a data access page be created in Access 2000 and used
on a intranet site without using Frontpage?

Start here then:

Why do I get database-related 80004005 errors?

Why do I get non-database-related 80004005 errors?
