High Memory usage and Page Faults

We are running IIS 4.0 on Windows NT. About a week
ago 'inetinfo.exe' started using up about 300M of memory
and lot of page faults. Stopping and starting the www
service does not make much difference; memory usage goes
down to 10 M and climbs back to 150-200M within few
minutes. Has latest updates and no viruses/attacks.
Any ideas/suggestsions?

Have you just begun to receive a large increase in
traffic for one or more sites? This can often bring to
light memory leaks in web based applications that would
otherwise go un-noticed.
