IIS Licensing
We are using IIS for our ASP.NET applications. Are we required to use
licenses for every user that logins to the web site. Thanks for your
help!

IIS Licensing
Every Windows user account in use requires a client access license.
If you're not authenticating to the Windows accounts, you don't need
the CAL's.

Is this windows authentication setup in IIS or ASP.NET?
Is it OK not to have licenses if I have forms based authentication in
ASP.NET.

Technically neither, but to allow it you have a checkmark in IIS. You
don't have to use it, simply don't give users Windows accounts.
Yes, sort of. As long as the form doesn't use Windows accounts.
