IIS was working fine for me except for a bit slow. I have 1 main site
and 15 virtual sites I did a reboot on my machine and when the box came
back online the default website did not startup on its own. What
happened was a virtual site came up and began listening to all traffic
for all my virtual sites including the default one. I fixed this issue,
how can i guarantee this does not happen again, if i reboot again. I
want to make sure default site starts first then the rest can follow.
