I have a file on the server with a .awx extension and when
a user clicks on that link the server returns "The page
cannot be found". If I rename the file to a .zip extension
the user can download the file. Does anyone know what is
happening here.

If you are running Windows 2003 (IIS6), you need to add a MIME-type mapping
for the extension you wish to serve. IIS v6 doesn't serve files with
non-defined extensions.

If you are running Windows 2000 (IIS 5), then, do you have URLScan
installed? Perhaps that is blocking access.
