External IP at Server publishing problem, HELP

When I tried to publishing server it got error "The IP Address not define on
this array. Please select the IP Address from the array's external IPs". but
when I click at browse not a single IP exist.

I want to remote control PC from my home to my office. My office using
Win2003 ISA Server to share internet. I am using NetSupport Manager software
, at its do***ent I follow the step by step but **** at publishing server.

Please Help me, Any help will be appreciated

Ok may be no one enconter this before or no one really understand what I am
taking about. Either way sorry for my poor english.

I tried to publish server rule I can not pass address mapping form, I do
have external address, neither I manually enter the IP external textbox or
choose from browse (the listbox is empty) I got that error.

Any knid enogh person to help ?

Hi Sen

Can't help you out but I know what you are talking about and are
encountering the exact some problem after changing my External IP address.

The external IP addresses have been added to the external NIC but ISA can't
see them and I get the exact same error.

Any help form anyone would be greatly appreciated.
