I can't say for certain. Though given that there is a lot more clustering
involved in the 2003 core exams than there was in the 2000 core exams,
there isn't such a strong need for a 2003 equivalent. You might also
notice that there is a clustering component in the Exchange 2003 and ISA
2004 exams which makes it seem as though clustering has been folded more
into the core topics. So perhaps given that clustering has been pulled
into the core exams - there is no need for a separate exam.

On the other hand, the core 2003 exams contain a lot of security stuff and
there is a separate security exam (299) - so perhaps at some stage a exam
dealing specifically with clustering might appear.
