Hi,
I'm working with Contracts in CRM and have one small issue with
Contracts. Currently, I'm using Scribe to integration Data from CRM to
Great Plains for Contracts. What happens is when the Contract is
converted to Invoice or Active, it will trigger a stored procedure that
populates GP. My issue is that I need to take the GP Contract number,
that gets generated with the Stored Procedure, and bring it back into
CRM. I tired to use Scribe to update the object, however, Contracts
cannot be changed after the status has been changed to Active or
Invoice. So, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I would
prefer not to use SQL to update the Contract object. Can I use a Web
Service to update the Contract object? Appreciate any suggestions.
