Calendar in CRM 3.0

We are getting the famed "Contact your System Admin" error on click of the
Calendar link (in Workplace). We installed CRM 3.0 today.

Anyone facing the same issue??? Is this a bug?? Or is there a setting we are
missing??

Yes. We have SQL Server 2005 and VS.NET 2005.
