error in creating case

I have this error. I knew that it was not a problem in creating case. I
thouth the number was just for statistic ****yses.

If you set up a contract and tie a case to it, once the allotments in the
contract have been used up, you won't be able to create cases for that
contract. That is the design and intent of contracts.
