Set crm-appointments in Outlook for other users

It should be possible to set an CRM-Appointment in the outlook calendar of an
other user. So it is possible that the secretary makes the appointment and
the ceo see the appointment in his calendar without syncronising.

I think it should be one of the major features in a CRM application!!!

in crm 3.0 it is possible :-) now
