Project not checked out to you anymore

Hi,
I have administrator's permission.
We have some master project on our server.
For some reason, sometimes while working on a file and trying to save it, I
recieve this message: "Project not checked out to you anymore."
Any ideas?

Most frequently this is caused by a flakey network. To keep this from
happening, start saving the project offline while you're updating it until
you diagnose what's causing you to lose your session on the server.
