Possible to change the timezone per site in SS Commerce 3.0?

One client on a box with other SSC 3.0 users would like the timezone
changed to the zone they work in so that e-mails and such are geared
around their timezone. Is there an easy way to change timezones in SSC
3.0? Thank you.
