Default 128-bit WEP on Pocket PC 2003

I just recently purchased an HP iPAQ h2215 and then later purchased a
802.11b wireless card. It's CD came only with Pocket PC 2002 drivers and
required a seperate utility to configure the card past the basic IP network
settings. The drivers work without a hitch and included 64 and 128 bit
encryption. I did have a problem with the fact that if I went to a friends
house who had a WAP I would have to reconfigure the whole thing to work
there and reconfigure it when I got home.
I later that day upgraded the drivers to the Pocket PC 2003 drivers which
used the WiFi Zero Configuration built in Windows Mobile but it only seems
to support 64-bit encryption. Is there anyway to configure PocketPC 2003 to
use 128-bit encryption?
