1975 is the oldest year in datetime selections?

Hi all,

If I add a datetime field to a profile definition, when the user comes
to put in data in business desk, the drop down list for the year only
goes back to 1975.

If they type in a date, the date list then contains all years back to
that date.

Does anyone know if it possible to modify the original list to contain
more years?
