hi all - i am currently trying to learn how to create toolbars for internet
explorer, and i am working from the band objects tutorial in the msdn. for
simplicity's sake i've put all the code in the one cpp file, but what i want
to know now, is this:

1) do i need the makefile?
2) is it generated by the project, or do i create it myself?
3) is it a text file, that i can just do in notepad, or does it have it's
own extension/file type?
