AC SyncRun.exe

I have to use syncrun.exe to kick off a batch program on the cluster
members. But I found that in order for syncrun.exe to work, I have to log
in to the cluster members. Is that right? If so, is there any workaround?
If I have to log in first, I will just manually kick off the batch program
on the cluster member...

I don't think SyncRun is a Microsoft utility/tool, so I am not sure what
privileges it requires...
