Default AD DNS Issue? the naming context is in the process of being removed

I'm very close to getting the transfer from my old 2000 server to my 2003
server complete. It is a DNS/DC as well and everything is moving and
propogating correctly except my 2003 exchange server doesn't show up under
Exchange Server Manager on my old machine. I can use my new machine which
shows both to move mailboxes which is working correctly and tested. However
I need to transfer my public folders which I can't replicate unless I do it
from the old server which isn't showing the new server in Exchange Manager.
I'm guessing it is a DNS issue but I'm stumped. I've allowed dynamic
updates, I using the domain administrator account but can't force
replication. -

A great deal of the AD information is being passed between the two servers.
When I create or elimate users, all the previous user accounts are
propogated, it just doesn't register the new exchange server under exchange
manager on the old server. The new server shows both.

Seems to me that if one Ex shows both and one Ex shows only one,
and the two Ex are using the same DNS services, then your problem
is an Ex problem rather than a DNS issue.
