Dear All,

I wish to add the received date / time in the header permenantly, so that it
gets printed with the sent date / time. Is there a means of changing the
default form to do this? Or is there some other means of doing this as a
permenant feature? I can do so for a particular email, but I wish this
feature to be permenantly available for all emails printed, hence this
query.
