additional search window

Anytime I search using IE I get an additional window that
opens up with search results. I don't want this window.
what do I do to dissable it, delete it or stop it all
together? I'm using Google search. But any web search
site I use causes this window to open.

Remove all the parasites on your computer.
Delete all the spywares and bad BHOs from your system.
