Default adverti*****t behavior and logon username

If a machine is logged onto with a different user, other than the computer
owner, and an adverti*****t is recieved should that adverti*****t act
differently? For example, I have my package set for a 15 minute countdown,
able to postpone, and a grace peiod of 24 hours befor a reboot is initiated.
When I logged onto the computer with a different username and ran the
adverti*****t there was a 15 minute countdown, not able to postpone, and the
notification said that a reboot was needed for the updates to take affect
(not that you have 24 hours to reboot).

I'd probably have to know what the complete patchinstall command line was,
but from your description I'd say when you logged on, the patch had already
been installed and reboots were in some way suppressed.
