Default "An object could not be created" - BD in CS2002/FP1

When navigating to the Campaign Manager and List Manager in Business desk
I'm getting:

An object could not be created.

Script Error:
Number: 0x80070424
Description 006~ASP 0177~Server.CreateObject Failed~80070424
Source: Server object
Help File:
Help Context: 0

Any thoughts on troubleshooting or a solution?

Thanks,
Colin

You need to grant permissions to ListManager by using dcomcnfg.exe

See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;811306

Hmm, then again that HRESULT means:
"The specified service does not exist as an installed service. "

You may also need to run setup and choose the "repair" option to fix
service registration.

Colin,

Check with services, probably list manager failed to start because of login
failure.
