Default Antispam software?

Anyone know of a good antispam solution (that works in Vista)? Not antispy,
or antivirus - I got those. My Outlook is flooded with useless crap.

Just install an antispam filter (Norton,Bitdefender,SPAMFighter, SpamBucher
....).Don't expect everything to be perfect for the beging.. A good spam
filtering solution is build up in time, so be gentle..

Personally, I'm using SpamBayes. It's pretty good, combined with Outlooks'
Junk e-mail filter, I hardly have anything get through.

Windows Mail has a junk mail filter like Outlook's, and also spoof
detection. Just configure Windows Mail to block everything except Safe
Senders. Then check your junk mail regularly and add safe senders as you go.
Eventually you'll get all your good mail only. Though you'll still have to
check your junk mail occasionally to see if anything worthwhile ended up in
there.
