I am looking for a nice IDE that offers editing, debugging, and
hopefully a forms editor for my application's scripting engine (rignt
now active script host).

I'm not quite sure if it has a forms editor, but I code almost everything I
do (VBScript, HTML, PHP, Perl, ASP, etc) in PrimalScript 4 Pro...
