I am running win xp, can anyone tell me where I can
download a copy of backup for win 98 ?

If you are looking for 98's MS Backup to run on XP, I do not think it will work. Could you be more specific on why you
want it and if your plans were to use it on XP. Help others help you.

You can't, nor would it help. I am guessing that you are trying to restore
Win98 backup files on the WinXP system? Try this application that is
compatible with the older file compression used:
