Backup/restore of Project workspace (wss v2)

Hello,

How can I enable the backup and restore of a SharePoint site based on a
Project Server "Project Workspace" template?
When I open such a site in FrontPage, the backup and Restore options are
greyed out, though I have admin rights on the site.
