I need to place some information viewed as a barcode on the page.
Which font should I use. What is the best way to do it?
And if somebody done it what problems can I have?
What if some visitors don't have this font installed on their computers?

this may not be exactly what you are looking for but this may be an
alternative

There are frame works for display barcodes, one such free one is form
sourceforge.net

I don't know if any you find will work for your environment but won't hurt.
