Default Boot error after uninstalling Norton Antivirus

Received a "C:windows/system32/cstsrv.dll is not a valid...
..." something or other (Blue Screen) after the windows logo
on boot up. It passes by so fast that is all I could catch
before it reboots itself continuously over and over. What
proceeded this problem was Norton Systemworks telling me
there was a problem and to unistall then reinstall Norton
Antivirus. After uninstalling it asked me to reboot and
then this. Tried safe mode and last know configuration, but
no success. I also tried botting from the windows disk and
acting like I was installing windows to the point of it
telling me windows is already on the hard drive but do I
want to try to fix it. Dis not see the previous install.
PLEASE if anyone can suggest a fix without re-installing
Windows, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
