Default Braindumps? What are they?

Look people,

Braindumps are compiled several ways - by people/students remembering a
few questions and writing them down
0r
Someone has either smuggled a camera into the exam or is an 'insider'
who gets them all word for word.

These can be purchased from sites like the one hyperlinked when I write
the word braindumps

This forum is a 'kind' of braindump. Many people ask or request info
about questions they had or a friend got.
Other remember the right answer from their exams.

Most techies here that get infuriated about braindumps are pure and
utter PHONIES.
They will get anything they can but of course "They knew or studied it
anyway so it doesnt count as using a braindump"

When I suggested that I had one of the rare rare copies of
*Aztechnicians A+ braindump = I was swamped with requests for it from
this forum!!

Yet on the threads everyone was 'outraged' about braindumps!

By the way - The rumour that braindumps are full of wrong answers is
not very true. After I took my A+ exams and reviewed the braindumps
..(at the time i didnt know what a 'brain dump' was either).. about
99.9 were dead on accurate!

I can say the same for MCSE (although havent taken the exam myself) but
comparing other students exams to the braindumps I have they are
virtually dead-on word for word and the answers are also about 99.9
correct.

You really have a dilema here: Do you think it cheapens MCSE to see
braindumps.. or what do you do when almost everybody uses braindumps
and you find yourself not wanting to score lower for being just as
smart but superhonest?

I used braindumps when I took OS. I do not feel bad about it and here
is why:

Instead of memorising the questions and answers, I used each Q as a
study guide. I researched every possible answer besides the one chosen
as correct.

By the time I was finished I learned more than from all my textbooks
combined!

For reasons of multiplication and comparison and the internet - it is
impossible for Microsoft to ever stop this. It is easily possible to
get all 1000 currently used questions within one or two days using
nothing more than google.

The MCSE was made less valuable by MCSE's over rating themselves and
Microsofts vendor specificity. Paper MCSE's are not really the problem
anyway imo.

*(Legend has it - Aztechnician owned and operated an A+ training centre
and also an official Comptia Exam host.. All 900 questions are word for
word and all 100% accurate but.. He and any site that had the questions
were shut down on a plagiarism lawsuit threat)
