Default Built-in account for anonymous access to Internet

Am receiving event warnings for both IIS built in accounts
(Built-in account for anonymous access to Internet
Information Services, Built-in account for anonymous
access to Internet Information Services out of process
applications, Event ID 100) That the server was unable to
log onto the windows account due to the following error:
Logon failure account logon time restriction violation.

I have both accounts configured to deny logon at all
times. My concern is I'm not sure whether any internal
process is making the calls for access, or if somehow
someone is getting past our Firewall and trying to gain
entry via anonymous access?

Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.

If those built-in accounts cannot log on, IIS will not be able to serve any
requests anonymously nor in Medium/High isolation. What it means is that
only authenticated users (from Basic/Integrated/etc) running in Low
Isolation can access content. If that is not your configuration's
intention, you will have web access problems.
