Hello,

I have a problem running the commerce server business desk.
The application works fine, but during some activity the business desk is
randomly restarting.
This happens after two clicks within the application, so it is very
frustrating for the users.
The business desk runs from a https secure connection.

Does anybody have a solution for this problem?

Frans,
I do have the same problem and sometimes I think it has to do with the IIS
performance setup in the Application Pool.

thanks for your response,

I think i've located the problem.
On the health tab of the application pool i disabled the rapid-fail
protection.
I seems to work fine now, but i can't figure out why.

This issue is still happening, the solution i provided to you did not work
for me. However, I hope one of the Microsoft guys can check on this problem.

Fadi,

After testing, the solution wasn't in the rapid-fail protection.
I've lowered several security settings in the application pool, and i think
the solution is in the ping option. Uncheck that part. It worked for me.

Has been tested now and is steady for several days now.

what security settings did you change ... Other than the ping what did you
change.. cause i disabled the ping and it still does it.

Fadi,

I've also unchecked:
Maximum used memory on the recycling tab.
Enable CPU monitoring on the performance tab.

Thats it, it must be one of those options.
