Default cannot find server or DNS Error

Dear expert.
I have some problem on the configuration of IIS web server on windows 2003 server environment. My problem is when difference user using difference ISP service some time it can see the web pages but sometime cannot see it or it can see one of the domain website but other domain website it can’t display and both of the web site is hosted in same server and same configuration. Why this kind of thing occurring. This is my environment. I’m only using 1 ip for the web server system. and that’s server have hosted 7 domain name (URL). Mean 7 URL using 1 ip address (Multi domain using 1 fix ip environment) . My company is using the ADSL 2MB internet line. So please help me or give me any solution so solve it. Thanks

Below is my configuration of the domain name controller.
Example: abc.com.my and I follow all the step of configuration the domain name using dcpromo command.
During the configuration of domain name controller it got asking me to create the DNS so I just put the abc.com.my and click next till the end.

So my default DNS is abc.com.my so below is the display inside the dns. The other domain I put into difference new zone in forward lookup zones.
Forward lookup zones.
+ abc.com.my
_msdcs
_sites
_tcp
_udp
DomainDnsZones
ForestDnsZones
(same as parent folder) start of authority (SOA) [61],ntserver01.abc.com.my
(same as parent folder) name server (NS) ntserver01.abc.com.my
(Same as parent folder) Host (A) fix ip 202.13.13.25  sample
(Same as parent folder) mail exchanger (MX) [10] mail.abc.com.my
ftp Host (A) 202.13.13.25
mail Host (A) 202.13.13.25
ntserver02 Host (A) 202.13.13.25
www Host (A) 202.13.13.25
Reverse Lookup zones
+ 202.13.13.x Subnet
(same as parent folder) Start of Authority (SOA) [42], ntserver02.abc.com.my
(Same as parent folder) Name Server (NS) ntserver02.abc.com.my
202.13.13.25 Ponter(PTR) mail.abc.com.my
202.13.13.25 Pointer(PTR) http://www.abc.com.my
202.13.13.25 Pointer(PTR) ftp.abc.com.my

Inside the IIS I just created new webpage and put the http://www.abc.com.my in the host header value but for the ip address I remain ALL Unassigned.
Sample:-
Desciption identifier State Host header value ip
Abc.com.my 108212257 runing http://www.abc.com.my * All unasigned
Abc.com 1110699683 runing http://www.abc.com * All unasigned

If you have the solution. Please generously give me any advice. If for the configuration please tell me on more detail because I’m new on the server setting. Or drop me an email at ren_ce@yahoo.com
Or my msn hybug@hotmail.com or icq 7568475 or yahoo id ren_ce
Please tell me as soon as possible.
Thanks you helping me.

about the dns problem. i'm not sure because some of the domain hosted in same server can display when using nslookup. but the main domain name controller can't find.
example: default is http://www.abc.com.my cannot find
but the sub club.abc.com.my can find. so why like this.
other new domain name like. http://www.bcd.com.my can found it.

and i hosted all the domain using 1 ip address.

Thanks helping me

Default Cannot find server or DNS error

Evertime I try to access my hotmail account, after logging
in and clicking on 'inbox' I wait around sometime until I
get the message that the page could not be opened.

The same problem occurs with yahoo mail. And similar
problems occur with windows update. In fact, it occurs
with many other internet sites.

The best improvement yet was to activate TLS 1.0 on
internet explorer. Doing that got me to the page after
logging in to hotmail. But I still cant read my mail. Or
should I say it's incredibly slow.

At the bottom of the message that the page could not be
opened it says that it cannot find server or that there's
a DNS error.

This computer uses IP-dsl. Is there anyway to solve this
problem?

Default Cannot find server or DNS error

In news:071f01c34c2b$b8d61b50$a401280a@phx.gbl,
dan <danpass@kornet.net> posted his concerns then I replied down below:

If it was working before, and not now, then I would contact your provider to
see if there are any outages or problems. I know XO and Sprint are having
some intermitten problems, at least one of clients who have both services
(they have mulitple sites) is having intermittent issues and Sprint and XO
are pointing fingers at each other over it at this time. Me thinks it maybe
the Lohack worm just discovered, but then that's a guess.

Otherwise, if it never worked correctly, it maybe an MTU issue. Let me know
about the above first before I suggest a fix for a possible MTU issue.
