I've just installed Win Xp Pro. to a new disk. I cannot
set the the Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options


I installed, but already uninstalled MS Outlook 97, so
something may be hosed in the registry already. I have
set (or at least I think I have set) Outlook Express as
the default eMail program.

IE version is: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
OE version is: 6.00.2800.1123

Help! Please!
